The slideshow reveals a series of photos showing the steps in the fabrication of a titanuim/adoro lower screw retained appliance, also know as here at the lab as a PIB.
The first photo is a denture waxup we construct to get the final tooth position.
We then construct the substructure in a resin and scan it.
We polish the titanuim fitting surface and apply the adoro to the framework, and as you can see a pleasing result!
